Scotstownmoor Training Area

The Scotstownmoor Training Area is an off road driver training area located to the north of Aberdeen, near Denmore.

The training area is attached to the Abedeen University Officer Training Corps (OTC), and covers some 25 acres (10 hectares) of gorse covered scrub land. The area is bordered by Perwinnes Moss and Dubford Moor, which are designated Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), easy to access and popular with visitors.
