Dundonald Aviation Museum
The Dundonald Aviation Centre was a small aviation museum, formerly located adjacent to Fraser's Garden Centre, The Crossroads, Dundonald.
The centre closed in 2002, with all the exhibits being removed to alternate locations.
The outdoor exhibits included:
- WJ721 Canberra TT18 (Nose)
- XD602 Vampire T11
- XP359 Whirlwind HAR10
- XT280 Buccaneer S2B (Nose)
- XX888 Buccaneer S2B (Nose)
To the east of the former museum building lay a selection of aero engines, recovered from the sea and the surrounding area.
The museum contained similar, smaller artefacts, such as aircraft instruments, and a selection of memorabilia.
